I am looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our team. The role involves maintaining a clean and organised yard, loading and unloading deliveries, moving and organising stock, and assisting with general site operations. The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff to ensure the yard operates safely and efficiently at all times.
You should be physically fit, capable of manual handling tasks, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or labouring environment is preferred, and a forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential. A strong work ethic, good teamwork skills, and a commitment to health and safety are essential for this role
