What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the central hub ensuring store development projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating multiple projects and keeping timelines on track
- Managing purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation
- Preparing presentations, reports, and executive approval packs
- Organising meetings, travel, and key stakeholder communications
- Tracking lease agreements and important commercial dates
- Supporting facilities management processes and monitoring service standards
- Producing weekly reports on critical issues affecting stores
What we’re looking for
