Glencourt Associates is partnering with a leading company to identify a Permanent Services Project Manager focused on retail installations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile retail display projects within the dynamic beauty sector, delivering innovation and excellence across the UK and EMEA regions.
About the role
Based in the South East or London area, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of retail installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with a wide network of installation partners across EMEA, managing logistics, spare parts, and maintenance programmes to support ongoing retail operations.
This role involves close collaboration with sales, operations, and client services teams to implement best practices, optimise project delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the installation function.
Candidate profile
Our ideal candidate possesses proven experience managing installation projects within retail environments, particularly with retail equipment. You will have a strong background in managing multi-country projects across EMEA, with demonstrable leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Experience in managing logistics and designing maintenance programmes is highly advantageous. Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages, such as Polish, will be considered a plus.
