Joinery Project Manager
Location: Leicestershire | Full-Time: 40 hours per week

The Role
As our Joinery Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple joinery projects from quotation through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients
- Coordinating with workshop teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Raising accurate quotations that balance client requirements with manufacturing reality
- Using your technical joinery knowledge to identify solutions and prevent challenges
- Communicating confidently with clients and colleagues across all departments
- Office-based position at our Leicestershire factory
The Person
Essential requirements for this Joinery Project Manager role:
- Joinery construction background with hands-on manufacturing experience
- Proven project management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Ability to raise quotations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Current UK driving licence
- Strong team player
Desirable but not essential:
- AutoCAD or other CAD software experience
- Sage 50 Accounts knowledge
