We're recruiting for a thriving large-format print and display manufacturing company that's been at the forefront of visual communication for decades. They work with major retail brands, advertisers, and public sector clients – delivering everything from eye-catching point-of-sale displays to industrial signage solutions.
They need someone to run the show behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
As Operations / Office Manager, you'll be the linchpin that connects office, studio, and manufacturing teams. You'll manage workflows, lead a small team, and make sure every order goes from brief to delivery without a hitch.
Your day-to-day:
- Oversee job processing and keep orders moving smoothly through the business
- Line-manage a team of 3 (Dispatch Coordinator + 2 Account Managers)
- Jump on problems before they become fires
- Handle client escalations with confidence and professionalism
- Support the MD with operational updates and team performance insights
