I am looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join a leading provider of solutions that are committed to offering convenient, secure, and for individuals and businesses. the company I’m recruiting for is a family run business who are expanding by the day. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and hard-working Maintenance Assistant whilst being a key member of the team and will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their needs and helping with tasks when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and understand their needs and help them in the right way.
- Be willing to travel to different locations around Yorkshire.
- Leasing and Documentation: Assist customers with the leasing process, explain terms and conditions, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a well-organized and clean storage facility.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, point-of-sale software, and other technology tools.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
