To achieve this they need you to strategically identify, justify, pursue and lead the win of new multi-million dollar customers with the potential to go-global.
If your business development style involves knocking on as many doors as possible hoping one will finally open, and relying on a list of legacy contacts, then this role probably isn’t for you.
However, if you can demonstrate a high win ratio of snipering strategic opportunities to win profitable, long-term global accounts; contributing to and executing a global business development strategy; networking every angle of accounts and collaborating as part of a global team to grow business across diverse geographical regions – then we should talk.
You will most likely have been winning business in a retail environmental design, manufacturing and/or activation company, or other relevant closely associated industry for over five years. You will be at ease developing relationships and negotiating at senior levels within major global brands and retailers, and know how to drive international teams to help you win.
You will need to be intelligent, structured and incredibly agile in your business development approach. You’ll be a key part of evolving, executing and constantly adjusting our client’s global business development strategy, be a collaborative team player, and also have the drive and tenacity to operate independently.
It is essential for you to be able to communicate fluently in English, plus at least one other European language.
