Client Services / Project Manager – Retail POS / POP
Our client specialises in the supply of POS / POP within the Retail Display sector. They are seeking a Client Services / Project Manager to join their Client Service Department. You should have a background in Point-of-Purchase (POP) or POS environments, as well as excel in internal project management and client-facing administration.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will join a dynamic client services team, managing an internal portfolio of up to 30 projects concurrently—typically handling 15-20 at any one time. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring projects transition smoothly from inception to completion, across estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and interpret client briefs, ensuring clarity and preparation for internal processing.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining tailored communication to keep clients fully informed of progress.
- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all project stages and communicate updates effectively across departments.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service through proactive communication, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and managing client expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in project management within a POP or POS environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational capabilities with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Capable of prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Robust IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office suite.
- Attention to detail and precise record-keeping.
- Ability to build and nurture effective internal and external relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Good numeracy skills and methodical approach to work.
