Branch Manager
Salary: up to £32,000 + bonus

We are seeking a dynamic sales driven Branch Manager to join a growing Self Storage company. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the self-storage facility, including sales, managing daily operations, maximising occupancy rates, facility upkeep, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and security protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximising revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills.
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a sales driven retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
