I am looking for an Assistant Manager to join a leading provider of solutions that are committed to offering convenient, secure, and for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and customer-focused. They will be the key member of the team and will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their needs and promoting our services.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: needs to be a leader in past roles.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels to understand their storage requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the services, upselling additional features, and closing deals.
- Leasing and Documentation: Assist customers with the leasing process, explain terms and conditions, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in retail.
- Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a well-organized and clean storage facility.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, point-of-sale software, and other technology tools.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions to customer inquiries or issues.
