Account Manager – Retail Display / Point of Sale

Location: East Midlands, United Kingdom, with flexible hybrid working options. Occasional travel within Europe and internationally may be required.

Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with clients, positioning the company at the highest levels of engagement.
- Lead the account team to optimise business decisions and ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Achieve set sales targets by managing resources efficiently and innovatively.
- Present new solutions, products, and services to customers through demonstrations and formal presentations.
- Generate actionable insights from customer and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all customer initiatives are executed with clarity, proper documentation, and authorised approval.
- Monitor account performance against contribution margins and update sales forecasts regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to keep them informed of relevant changes in processes, products, and services.
- Manage stock levels in accordance with customer demands and organisational policies.

- Proven experience as an Account Manager within the Retail Display / Point of Sale (POS) industry.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and results-driven approach.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Effective leadership of virtual teams across different geographies.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging at senior management levels.
- Technical proficiency relevant to company offerings.
