The Role
As Account Manager, you'll be the friendly face and trusted voice for their clients. You'll handle enquiries, nurture relationships, spot opportunities, and see projects through from hello to handover. It's all about understanding what clients need, working with the team to deliver it brilliantly, and making sure everyone's happy. No pushy tactics—just genuine service, problem-solving, and building connections that last. This Account Manager role offers real variety, plenty of learning, and genuine progression for someone who wants to make their mark in a business that truly values them.
You're The Right Person If...
You're a natural relationship builder who loves looking after people and making things happen. With 2+ years in B2B account management (ideally in retail, display, or similar), you know that great customer service is everything. You're the type who'll pitch in to help a colleague, ask questions to learn, and genuinely care about getting things right. Warm, reliable, and a team player through and through—you thrive in a small team where everyone matters. Oh, and if you can make a decent cuppa and appreciate a good afternoon biscuit, you'll feel right at home!
