Our client is a leading POS business who design, create, install and support POS programmes in the cosmetics and FMCG sectors. They are looking for an Account Manager with excellent client facing skills who will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using their products. Working in an international, creative environment you will be responsible for developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. The ideal candidate should have an interest and passion in the world of cosmetics and the beauty sector, allowing you to fully engage in our clients’ projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Initiate, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential foreign and domestic Clients
- Acquiring orders from clients and searching for opportunities to develop cooperation with Clients
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with Clients
- Planning and implementation of individual POS (Point of Sale) display and fixture projects from the offer phase to final acceptance
- Preparation of offer and product presentations for the client's needs
- Cooperation with all internal departments of the company implementing the sales project
- Reporting the progress and results of work
- Developing knowledge about POS products
Qualifications:
- Experience in working with clients from the colour cosmetics industry
- Previous account and project management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- The ability to effectively diagnose and create customer needs in the field of POS materials
- Very good self-organization, independence and diligence
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to build professional business relationships
