The Account Executive will be the vital link between clients and internal teams, supporting the Key Account team in managing beauty brand work as part of a dedicated service team. You'll take ownership of coordinating brief and project information, ensuring smooth project execution from initial client contact through to final delivery. The Account Executive role involves creating and managing new business on the server, ensuring product samples are requested and tracked through the stock library, arranging and attending meetings with detailed minute-taking, and collaborating across design, commercial, project management, manufacturing, and finance functions. You'll be responsible for administering project information onto management systems, organising business-wide kick-off meetings, attending prototype meetings and production sign-offs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards that exceed client expectations.

You'll be detailed and methodical, process-oriented yet results-driven, with the ability to work to ever-changing deadlines whilst maintaining a team-player mentality. Most importantly, you'll be client-centric, fanatical about delivering exceptional service, with the flexibility and ownership mindset to see tasks through from start to finish.
