The Opportunity
This Account Executive position offers the chance to work at the heart of client relationships, supporting the Key Account team in delivering exceptional service to leading beauty brands. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll be the crucial link between clients and internal teams, managing project briefs, coordinating sample logistics, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion. You'll handle everything from kick-off meetings and progress calls to prototype approvals and production sign-offs, working collaboratively across design, commercial, project management, manufacturing, and finance functions. The role includes occasional travel to retail locations and stores as projects require.

You'll be a collaborative team player who operates with integrity, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and brings a flexible, can-do attitude to everything you do. While experience in account management or project coordination is advantageous, comprehensive training and development opportunities are available for the right person.
